Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Work with various digital marketing tools to drive targeted customer acquisition and engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in programmatic advertising and digital marketing
• Leverage your experience to lead successful programmatic advertising initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills
• Experience working with Google Ads and DV360
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and programmatic advertising strategies
• Experience in marketing agencies is preferred but not required.
• Highly analytical,
  - oriented, and
  - driven
• Ability to work independently, managing campaigns and projects with minimal supervision.
• A passion for the digital marketing field and staying current with the latest trends.
