Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy and take your career to the next level in digital marketing programmatic advertising! We’re looking for a German-speaking Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist to drive
- impact advertising strategies, optimize campaigns, and shape the future of programmatic media.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote, Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
   - makers, and internal teams.
2. Develop and implement programmatic media strategies for display and video advertising.
3. Identify and maximize investment opportunities using DSPs (demand-side platforms).
4. Conduct campaign analysis and optimization to ensure client success.
5. Lead training sessions on platform use, media planning, and execution.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends and guide clients through the evolving digital landscape.
7. Educate clients on the impact of privacy regulations and best practices for compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent German (C1) & English (B2+).
2. 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations, including campaign management & optimization.
3. Hands-on experience in digital programmatic buying using DSPs.
4. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, logical functions, etc. ).
5. Experience working with multiple DSPs, sales, and
   - serving platforms.
6. Knowledge of both digital & offline media agencies and the advertising landscape.
7. Strong project management &
   - solving skills.
8. Proficiency in DV360 platform (required).
