Senior Digital Strategist (8 to 10 year experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Digital Strategist you will play a key role in developing data‑driven, integrated digital marketing and communication strategies that align with business goals and audience insights. You will work closely with internal digital specialists and client teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring our clients’ brands thrive across every touchpoint. Hybrid – one day per week in our Lisbon office. Salary: €60, 000 to €75, 000 gross per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the creation of digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
• Design integrated, omnichannel frameworks that drive both growth and engagement.
• Partner with creative, media, data, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends and digital innovation to keep strategies fresh and relevant.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or communications, ideally combining agency and client experience.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital ecosystems, and integrated campaign planning.
• Experience across multiple digital domains (media, content, CRM, UX, data, tech).
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills – you can turn insights into engaging narratives.
• Proven ability to simplify the complex and translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and collaborating across borders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, able to work autonomously and proactively.
• Good listening and empathetic communication, skilled at connecting with people and building trust.
