We’re Hiring: Senior Dynamics 365 Architect (Reinsurance & ILS Technology) – Contract

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Contract: 6–12 months (extendable)

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Architect  to lead the

- end architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a Reinsurance & ILS technology environment. This role provides technical leadership and
- on expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and
- performing CRM solutions aligned to business and IT strategy.

Key Skills :

• Own
  -
  - end architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
• Act as senior technical authority for Dynamics 365 (Sales and related modules)
• Architect and extend Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Lead custom development using Java
  Script, C#, plugins, and workflow activities
• Design and oversee integrations ensuring performance, security, and resilience
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts (HLDs, MLDs, diagrams)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable designs
• Mentor engineers and champion best practices within Agile teams
