Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Define technical solution architectures in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and public entities.
• Contribute to solution design by detailing technical components and ensuring alignment with functional and operational requirements.
• Establish security, access, and backup practices aligned with Public Health standards.
• Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration flows.
• Validate technical solutions throughout all project phases, from prototype to production.
• Support development and Dev
  Ops teams during implementation and monitoring activities.
• Promote interoperability between Health systems and external platforms in compliance with legal and technical standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• TOGAF or similar certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in system architecture projects within Public Administration, ideally in the Health sector.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks applied to document management and predictive analytics (valued).
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Active Directory / Entra ID, Azure) and distributed logging and monitoring practices.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of social impact.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and proposing alternatives.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to operate in complex, highly regulated environments.
