What Youll do:

• Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements to ensure alignment with business needs;
• Configure, customize, and parameterize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service;
• Develop and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other systems;
• Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing;
• Provide guidance on best practices, architecture, and solution design within the project team;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet business objectives;
• Hybrid Work Model.

• What You Are:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation projects;
• Proven expertise with the Field Service module;
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse);
• Proficiency in developing and configuring Java
  Script and C# plugins;
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (preferred);
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field Service) certifications (valued);
• Portuguese Native;
• Good level of English (spoken and written);
• Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written) is a plus;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams.
