We are looking for a Senior Dynamics AX Administrator to join our IT Service Center in Portugal, in a technical role focused on the administration, support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and AX 2012 environments.

The role involves working on critical production systems, ensuring platform stability, availability and performance, as well as managing the associated Microsoft infrastructure.

The position is based in Lisbon, with a hybrid working model (3 days
- site)
, within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical administration of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and AX 2012
  • Management and maintenance of the AX-related infrastructure:
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server
  • Backup and storage systems
  • Clustering and high availability
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents in production environments
  • Providing
    - level technical support to application and infrastructure teams
  • Implementing best practices for security, performance and service continuity
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Working closely with local and international teams
  • Contributing to platform stabilization and continuous improvement activities

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics AX 2009 & AX 2012 Administrator
  • Strong background in Microsoft infrastructure:
  • Windows Server
  • SQL Server (administration level)
  • Backup, storage and clustering
  • Solid networking fundamentals
  • Experience working in on-premises / legacy environments
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
  • Availability to work in Lisbon (hybrid model)
