At Luxe Talent , Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialising in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are seeking Senior E-Commerce for the Italian market, who will be based in Lisbon.

What you will be responsible for

• End-to-end financial ownership of product categories: You will oversee the economic performance of the assigned categories in Italy, driving sustainable and profitable growth while improving margin structure.
• Category strategy development: You will shape the commercial direction for mattresses, beds, and accessories, tailoring the global assortment to local needs and identifying untapped customer segments or market spaces.
• Local pricing leadership: You will design and manage the national pricing approach across channels, using
  - driven insights to optimise revenue and profitability.
• Go-to-market leadership for new products: You will coordinate all activities related to introducing new items in the Italian market, working closely with Global Product Success, Sourcing, Marketing, and UX teams.
• Product lifecycle management: You will plan and execute product introductions and retirements, ensuring that the category portfolio evolves smoothly, efficiently, and in line with cost and market considerations.
• Commercial and campaign planning: As a key partner to the Marketing team, you will ensure the promotional calendar is coherent, impactful, and aligned with overall business goals.
• Digital performance improvement: In collaboration with the Regional Webshop team, you will enhance online conversion, assortment visibility, and the overall presentation of your categories on the digital storefront.
• Cross-functional work with Operations & Sourcing: You will support initiatives aimed at optimizing cost structures, improving supply reliability, and strengthening operational performance for the Italian business.
• Category specialist for Italy: You will act as the internal expert, delivering insights, competitive benchmarks and strategic recommendations to the local leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategy, Consulting or related roles (ideally in e‑commerce, retail or consumer goods).
• Experience owning or contributing to P&L performance.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, able to connect data, pricing, product performance and customer insights.
• High level of ownership and an entrepreneurial approach.
• Solid understanding of commercial levers (pricing, margins, channel dynamics, portfolio management).
• Strong execution and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Fluency in English and Italian
