Our mission is to deliver exceptional value and service at a compelling price. We are seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. You will lead the development of strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals and ensure seamless execution that translates forecasts into measurable growth. You will be an active partner in client growth, maintaining transparent communication about actions taken and performance relative to forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of accurate strategic forecasts and translate them into actionable growth plans for clients.
- Maintain transparent communication about actions taken and performance against forecasts to strengthen client relationships.
- Represent and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools.
- Contribute to
- level execution standards to ensure outcomes at the highest level. - Collaborate with the team to build campaigns using CTC structure and best practices; monitor and adjust campaigns to hit daily targets.
- Build growth forecasts and Prophet
- based maps for clients; oversee data analysis required for growth maps and marketing calendars. - Lead in pivot situations as an early adopter; take ownership of obstacles to execution.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of work, with ongoing data integrity across client accounts.
- Provide client updates and align strategy with forecasts on a daily/weekly cadence.

Compensation and Growth
- Salary range and progression: First month $2, 000; second month $4, 000; third month average around $7, 000; 1st year $64, 000–$76, 000; 2nd year $100, 000–$120, 000. Final compensation depends on client load and performance.
- Growth, transparency, and fairness: defined progression path, weekly performance dashboards, and open discussion of compensation progression.
- Mentorship and development: ongoing guidance and feedback to support role advancement.
