Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Industry Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer for the Industrial Electrics division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Industrial Electrical Installations projects
• Ensure compliance with the established project deadlines
• Manage the team assigned to you for project development
• Support and train junior team members

Profile:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory), with the ability to communicate in an international project environment
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the development of industrial electrical installations projects
• Strong technical background in industrial electrical systems, including design, specifications, and technical reviews
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto
  CAD; knowledge of REVIT is considered an asset, particularly in BIM environments
• Strong work capacity and adaptability to different project types
• Autonomy and proactiveness
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• High work capacity, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong autonomy, proactiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and strong
  - oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to different project typologies and work effectively in multidisciplinary environments
