We’re a Dutch engineering and recruitment company active in energy and
- related projects in the Netherlands. As part of our growth strategy, we’re setting up a dedicated electrical engineering team in Portugal to support complex energy projects for the Dutch market.

To lead this initiative, we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong technical foundations and leadership ambitions.

You’ll start by working closely with our team in the Netherlands, where you will gain
- depth exposure to:

- Dutch electrical standards and regulations

- Grid-related engineering practices

- Project workflows and quality expectations

- Working culture and stakeholder communication

After this onboarding period, you’ll build and coordinate a local engineering team, acting as the technical bridge between the Dutch market and the Portuguese design team. This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who wants to grow into a

- oriented leadership position.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate and technically guide a team of junior electrical engineers

- Translate Dutch project requirements into clear engineering tasks and deliverables

- Review and validate technical deliverables (drawings, calculations) ensuring high quality output with time

- Act as the main technical interface between Portugal and the Netherlands

- Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards

- Gradually take on a
- lead / coordination role, including HR related activities (e. g. training and development, team building activities)

While this role will become increasingly coordinating in nature, strong technical understanding remains essential to ensure quality, compliance, and trust.

Your Technical Profile

We’re looking for someone who is
- on technically, even if they will not be producing drawings daily in the long term. You bring experience with:

- AC electrical systems

- Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)

- Block and functional diagrams

- Electrical schematics

- Load calculations, voltage drop,
- circuit calculations

- LV / MV electrical distribution (industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects)

- Experience with energy or
- connected projects, EV charging infrastructure, or industrial or
- related electrical systems is a strong advantage.

- Software:DDS-CAD and EPLAN (or willing to learn/deepen expertise)

- Electrical calculation tools or structured Excel templates
