Senior Engineer for Software & Support products (f/m/div)

Your Role

In your new role you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable IT products
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across
  - stack development
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Champion Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using agile methodologies

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with
  - on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Dev
  Ops, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Python etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, containerization, and architecture design is a plus, with a passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
