Senior Engineer for Software & Support products (f/m/div)

We are seeking a passionate Senior Engineer to take ownership and support our IT product development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technology, has a strong engineering foundation, and enjoys mentoring colleagues and teams to deliver

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable IT products
• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance across
  - stack development
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Champion Dev
  Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables using agile methodologies

Your Profile

You have passion for innovation, driving engineering excellence and mentoring teams to deliver
- edge solutions. You thrive in a
- paced environment, leveraging your technical expertise to bridge business goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

You are best equipped for these tasks if you have:

• A degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands‑on expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Dev
  Ops, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, etc.
• Excellent
  - solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, containerization, and architecture design is a plus, with a passion for innovation and staying current with emerging technologies
