The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer/Tech Lead to join the Cloud
Cockpit team at Create IT. We believe the best products are built when engineers are deeply connected to the -'why-' behind their work and the impact it has on our users. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the technical direction, design, and delivery of key features and components within our globally scaling Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower our unified Cloud
  Cockpit engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning through impactful code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Spearhead the
  -
  - end technical design and architecture of our. NET-based Cloud
  Cockpit platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and optimized for global service delivery.
• Actively contribute to
  - on development for Cloud
  Cockpit, particularly on complex or critical path features, leveraging. NET, C#, Blazor, SQL Server, and Azure services.
• Champion and rigorously enforce
  -
  - class coding standards, comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and efficient Dev
  Ops practices across all aspects of the Cloud
  Cockpit product.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product for Cloud
  Cockpit to understand user needs, define solutions, and translate product vision into impactful technical execution, keeping
  - user and business outcomes in mind.
• Champion a
  - centric approach within the engineering team, encouraging understanding of customer problems and how solutions address them.
• Contribute to product ideation and refinement by offering technical perspectives on feasibility, potential, and user impact.
• Oversee and take technical ownership for the Cloud
  Cockpit
  - 's deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and reliability for a global user base.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges impacting Cloud
  Cockpit-'s stability, performance, or user experience.
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services (e. g. , Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Dev
  Ops) to build, deploy, and manage the globally scaling Cloud
  Cockpit solution.
• Drive the technical execution of the Cloud
  Cockpit product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.

Requirements

• Experience:
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack (. NET, C#).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead, Senior Engineer with lead responsibilities, or similar).
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions, ideally in a Saa
  S environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in. NET and C#.
• Experience with SQL Server (design, optimization, querying).
• Knowledge of frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (e. g. , App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Azure Dev
  Ops).
• Experience with Power BI development or integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Domain-driven design and modern software design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev
  Ops practices.
