Your mission

As an Engineering Manager at myneva, you will play a pivotal role in leading a dynamic team of software engineers to deliver
- quality products and drive innovation. In this role, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, manage
- functional collaboration, and align engineering efforts with the organization's strategic goals:

• Lead projects and ensure successful outcomes.
• Proactively guide teams through challenges, inspiring and supporting others in managing projects and risks.
• Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
• Develop comprehensive risk management plans and contingency strategies.
• Coach team members on adapting to change and overcoming obstacles.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer with at least 5 - 7 years of
  - on development experience.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical skills in Java/. NET, React, SQL, and container technologies.
• Strong
  - solving and
  - making abilities.
• Agile/Scrum project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in Saa
  S cloud products is preferred.
• Passionate about open source and developer tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.
