What would you do at Prisma?

We anticipate you to be responsible for:

• People: Empower your engineering team to achieve technical excellence and meaningful impact by ensuring they have the support and resources to do their best work. Provide constructive feedback, learning opportunities, and challenges that align with company KPIs.
• Process: Optimize and refine development processes and technical practices to drive continuous improvement. Lead meetings, run retrospectives, and establish policies that enhance communication, collaboration, and code quality.
• Delivery: Consistently deliver high‑quality software that provides value while maintaining a sustainable pace. Collaborate closely with Product Management to prioritize initiatives, define the roadmap, and drive technical improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8+ years proven leadership in software engineering teams, with hands‑on experience as a software engineer.
• Experience in database and backend technologies, including Type
  Script, SQL/No
  SQL databases (Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, SQLite, Mongo
  DB, SQL Server), cloud services, APIs (Graph
  QL/REST), and developer tooling.
• High standards for quality, balancing pragmatism, purpose, and ownership.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Structured thought process, methodical problem solving, and effective stakeholder alignment.
