As an Enterprise Architect, you will help define and maintain our Enterprise Architecture Framework, with a strong focus on managing the architecture repository. You will collaborate across teams, support our architecture community, and contribute to the evolution of our digital ecosystem

YOUR IMPACT:

• Support the design of governing principles, practices, and structures that guide
- level architectural decisions.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of PMI’s Enterprise Architecture Framework, including Future State Business Capability Models, Reference Architectures, Standards, and Policies.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the architecture repository.
• Support the governance of PMI’s architecture principles and guidelines.
• Coordinate and engage with the architecture community of practice.
• Advise domain and solution architects on the use of the architecture framework.
• Monitor and analyze technology trends to derive enterprise architecture requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s, MBA, or Doctorate is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar Enterprise Architecture role.
• Broad knowledge across multiple architecture domains and technologies.
• Familiarity with TOGAF or similar frameworks; experience with Lean
IX is a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication and change management skills.
• A
