About The Role

Cloudflare is revolutionizing enterprise IT—redefining an entire category and growing a
- pound business at over 40% annual growth. We’re on the hunt for a marketing and events superstar to join our Events Center of Excellence.

In this role, you’ll join a powerhouse regional marketing team of 20 talented individuals who support the entire EMEA region. You will become an integral team member, bringing expertise in your area while collaborating, contributing, and elevating the work of the wider team.

What you’ll do:

• Support Regional Field Marketing: Partner closely with the METNA Field Marketing Manager to embed event initiatives within the broader EMEA marketing strategy.
• Lead Event Execution in METNA: Plan and deliver
  - impact events that drive pipeline, engagement, and brand excitement across the region.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work
  -
  - hand with Sales, Product, Localization, and Marketing teams to ensure every event is aligned with business goals.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Own relationships with agencies, venues, and regional partners, ensuring flawless execution and maximum ROI on every event.
• Campaign Development & Execution: Create compelling
  - related assets and lead
  - and
  - event strategies to convert interest into actionable pipeline and measurable results.
• Performance Tracking & Insights: Measure, report, and optimise every event using clear KPIs and ROI metrics.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep expertise in event and field marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex,
  - market programs.
• Skilled and passionate in tradeshow booth design, build management, and overseeing
  - scale fair experiences.
• Comfortable working closely with Sales, BDRs, and partner ecosystems, aligning events and campaigns with broader business objectives.
• Experience operating across diverse EMEA teams and cultures, thriving in a
  - moving, international environment.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Additional European or METNA languages are a plus.
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• 8+ years of events & regional marketing experience, with strong expertise in field sales collaboration and broad knowledge of channel marketing.
