We are currently recruiting for our Projects Team — Senior Events/Account Manager — Team Leader (Large Projects).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute 360° large and complex events, ensuring scope, quality, deadline and margin.
• Lead ~4 Project/Events Managers: delegate workload, set priorities, maintain quality standards and demands.
• Manage client account relationship: strategic alignment, expectation management, scope control and formalization of change orders.
• Develop creative strategies and viable proposals in partnership with creatives, designers, production and technical direction.
• Manage suppliers, budgets and event schedules, ensuring compliance with objectives.
• Conduct internal status meetings and client meetings.
• Report progress, risks and decisions.
• Assess performance of actions, share insights and lessons, and lead financial and operational post‑mortems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an events/brand experience agency, with a portfolio of 360° events.
• Proven history in large projects (e. g. , 500 participants, multiple critical suppliers, demanding timelines).
• Experience leading teams, with evidence of mentoring, workload distribution and feedback.
• Strong account management skills and relationship management with various stakeholders.
• Analytical rigor, critical thinking and results focus.
• Knowledge of current event industry trends.
• Proficiency in project and budget management tools (e. g. , Excel, Power
  Point).
• Portuguese and English at an advanced level.
• Availability for travel and event‑related hours.
