Senior Executive Assistant
The Senior Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Executive Board, primarily assisting the CEO, CSO, and CFO. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the discretion to handle sensitive information. The assistant acts as a gatekeeper, managing the executive's schedule and ensuring seamless task execution. Additionally, the role involves supporting Investor Relations (IR) and Business Development (BD) activities under the guidance of the Director of IR & BD.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate IR and BD activities, including event enrolments, investor meetings, dinners, roadshows, and individual meetings.
- Assist in BD activities as needed and support the Head of IR & BD.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executives.
- Manage incoming communications, ensuring timely responses.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Arrange meeting logistics, including venue setup and catering.
- Travel Management:
- Arrange detailed travel plans, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and meals.
- Process
- related expense reports and financial documentation.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Miscellaneous:
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Act as liaison between executives and staff.
- Travel may be required depending on the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives is highly preferred.

Work Location
