Senior Export Sales Ops – Spanish Speaker | Maritime Focus

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Full-Time | Permanent Contract | Hybrid Model

We are looking for a Senior Export Sales Operations professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in
- paced, multicultural environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to
  - related inquiries from customers and sales teams
• Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders, with a strong focus on maritime transport
• Resolve complex delivery issues and monitor shipment status
• Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization
• Generate reports on open orders and revenue
• Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders
• Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when needed
• Lead daily operations, onboarding, and system housekeeping
• Manage team absences and holiday planning to ensure business continuity
• Identify training needs and drive process improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to the local Export Sales Ops team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or sales operations
• Proven experience in maritime transport and international export processes
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/native level)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Agile) is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Share
  Point, Teams)
• Legal eligibility to work in the EU and willingness to travel if needed
• A proactive,

• Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams and levels
