Job Description

Working within the facilities team, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting maintenance and operations by resolving issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Coordinating construction and reconstruction projects.
• Optimizing construction processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervising the quality of execution to uphold high standards.
• Developing strategies to address specific civil engineering or architectural challenges.
• Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Staying updated on technological advancements and best practices.
• Participating actively in

Your main responsibilities include supervising facilities engineering projects, assessing and improving operational processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining existing systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in facilities engineering or related fields
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in French is preferred

Technical Skills

Knowledge of engineering principles related to facility design, operations, and maintenance; project management skills; understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems; sustainability practices.

Soft Skills

Leadership,

Additional Skills

Proficiency in engineering software, Auto
CAD, project management tools, Microsoft Office; data analysis skills; budgeting and cost control experience.
