We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join a multinational company based in Lisbon, operating across various business sectors and committed to supporting client operations through tailored outsourcing services.

This is a

responsabilidades chave

Oversee
-
- day operations of company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, PACUS)

Lead supplier relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure
- effective performance

Manage Facility Management budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation

Coordinate
- site initiatives and collaborate with regional teams

Maintain reports and documentation related to inspections, incidents, and audits

Ensure regulatory compliance and implement improvements in EHS and operational efficiency

Support physical security measures, access control, and emergency readiness

competências

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or a related field

Proven experience in building maintenance and project execution

Strong budget and
- control orientation

English level B2 or higher

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications

Excellent organizational and
- management skills
