We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join a multinational company based in Lisbon, operating across various business sectors and committed to supporting client operations through tailored outsourcing services.

This is a full-time,
- site role in Lisbon, ideal for professionals with solid experience in facility and equipment management who are ready to take ownership of operations across a dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsabilidades chave

• Oversee
  -
  - day operations of company facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, PACUS)
• Lead supplier relationships, negotiate service contracts, and ensure
  - effective performance
• Manage Facility Management budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Coordinate
  - site initiatives and collaborate with regional teams
• Maintain reports and documentation related to inspections, incidents, and audits
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implement improvements in EHS and operational efficiency
• Support physical security measures, access control, and emergency readiness

Competências

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related field
• Proven experience in building maintenance and project execution
• Strong budget and
  - control orientation
• English level B2 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications
• Excellent organizational and
  - management skills
