About Responsibilities

The main mission will be:

The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of KLx’s physical infrastructure, ensuring that facilities are safe, efficient, and aligned with operational needs. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, suppliers coordination, and leadership of the facilities team to support business continuity and employee
- being.

• Develop and implement facilities strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Oversee contracts and relationships with external service providers (e. g. , cleaning, security, maintenance).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute for space planning and office moves, including layout optimization.
• Monitor and control facilities budgets, including
  - saving initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor facilities staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and business continuity procedures.
• Support sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs.
• Lead planning and execution of new buildings projects, renovations, and space utilization strategies.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and tools (Infraspeak).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
