Under general supervision of the Retail Director, the buyer will work at our Head Office, with other Buyers, Designers and Merchandisers, developing new collections for our brands product selection:

1. Preparing, placing and tracking purchasing documents;
2. Being a focal point with national and international suppliers;
3. Monitoring stock levels;
4. Reporting on product performance and statistics;
5. Identifying and implementing new strategies to optimize sales;

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing our brand future collections, ensuring that the product samples are received and checking that they are in line with the specifications;
2. Executing negotiation and supplier selection;
3. For selected tactical buys, following up on technical evaluations with internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness of the tendering process;
4. Analysing trends and the impact of the products to provide insightful suggestions for product development and
   - value tactical buys, facilitating
   - value tactical buy execution with the responsible category manager;
5. Leading procurement meetings;

Profile:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree (procurement or legal);
2. Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written;
3. A passionate fashion career (5 years minimum);
4. Proven sourcing execution strategies skills;
5. Ability to analyse problems and conclude decisions.
