We are looking for a Field Technician with strong knowledge of hardware and software, especially in the repair, installation, and upgrade of servers .

Requirements:

Experience in server installation, upgrades, and maintenance

Knowledge of HPE Pro
Liant , Dell , and Sun servers

Understanding of enterprise storage systems

Technical troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)

English level B1 or above

Valid driver’s license

Availability for on-call rotations

Responsibilities:

• Respond to
  - site hardware incidents and issues
• Perform installations, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Support a range of server and storage technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team
