We are looking for a Field Technician with strong knowledge of hardware and software, especially in the repair, installation, and upgrade of servers.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Requirements

• Experience in server installation, upgrades, and maintenance
• Knowledge of HPE Pro
  Liant, Dell, and Sun servers
• Understanding of enterprise storage systems
• Technical troubleshooting skills (hardware/software)
• English level B1 or above
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability for on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Respond to
  - site hardware incidents and issues
• Perform installations, updates, and preventive maintenance
• Support a range of server and storage technologies
• Work independently and as part of a team
