Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a company of automotive sector, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Senior Finance Coordinator (m/f) in Porto.

Job Description
:

Indirect purchasing budget set up in coordination with business region finance manager (SC), and purchasing Workstreams and regions
:

• Consolidate saving forecasts and market situation to provide the inputs requested for budget construction and target setting.
• Management of forecast (F1 and F2)
• Full year expenses and purchasing performance closing

Roadmap managemen
t
:

• Participate in the construction of the purchasing roadmap and the RFQ pipeline
• Manage the action of the roadmap on a weekly basis
  .

Controlling of the Price evolution: Keep savings situation and saving forecast up to date permanently:

• Validate / consolidate cost impacts before supplier selection sessions – Ensure the robustness of the impacts of price changes approve in the performance committee

Monitor the KPI of the perimeter:

• Negotiated APV / Global APV
• Saving / Global perimeter (split by
  - perimeter)
• Savings / addressed perimet

Others:

• Several punctual report depending on request

Requiremen
ts:

• 8 to 10 years of experience
• Basic desktop skills (Excel advanced, powerpoint)
• SAP,
  - procurement system
• Knowledge of finance and purchasing environment preferable
• English (mandatory)
• French (optional)
• Personal skills:

-Agile, organized, rigorous,

-Capacity to manage transversally and to create Technical Specifications,

-Capacity of analysis in complex environments, solutions oriented.
