The Bill2Cash corporate governance function within a company or group plays a central role in controlling, monitoring, and optimizing the entire process from invoicing to payment receipt. This function is crucial for the liquidity and financial management of the company. The tasks generally include:

• Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies for the Bill2Cash process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with the tax or accounting department and external service providers. Accompany process changes and train the organization.
• Operational Excellence & Performance Management: Set performance goals and KPIs for the process, monitor external service provider performance, and ensure continuous process improvement.
• Data Management and Reporting: As process owner, develop reporting for receivables and revenues in SAP BW, ensuring relevant information is available for controlling.
• Technology and Systems: Manage the selection and implementation of supporting software and tools, such as SAP So
  A People, in coordination with IT and external providers.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Support risk management by identifying risks, developing measures, and implementing internal controls.

Minimum qualifications:

• Completed at least 4 years of regular studies in business administration or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in accounting or controlling; experience with Bill2Cash processes is desirable
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Proactive and
  - oriented attitude
• Fluent in English; international work experience is a plus
• High IT affinity with strong knowledge of SAP ERP 6. 0 (FI and SD modules) or SAP BW; SAP S/4HANA knowledge is advantageous
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
