Overview

It is part of the Global Financial Services division, applying technology for financial expertise in Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management, and for Groupe BPCE entities transversally. Job Description
Responsibilities
Generic Responsibilities:
- Conducts analyses and audit activities in designated areas to assess and monitor control systems; identify, solve and/or recommend solutions to problems or issues and ensure compliance with the organization’s framework.
- Tests the effectiveness of existing controls and risk management activities to identify weaknesses; assess design and implementation of controls and the accuracy and completeness of reporting and documentation.
- Assesses risks in designated areas that could impact strategic and operational objectives, prioritizing areas for monitoring and control activities.
- Monitors designated areas for compliance with laws, regulations (regulatory and prudential requirements, statutory accounting) and internal controls and risk management practices.
- Prepares reports and documentation in accordance with organizational standards and shares them with senior management.
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes, controls, data management and risk management practices, proposes changes and monitors their effectiveness over time.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Acts as a mentor to less experienced staff, explaining procedures and providing technical skills development.
- Supports the team leader or team manager in coordinating resources to ensure successful project execution, alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of quality solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Audit or equivalent with bank accounting knowledge.
- Audit; Accounting; Data management; IFRS9; Power BI; MS Office;
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.

- Result oriented; Proactivity & critical thinking; Analytical & organizational skills.
