Senior Financial Controller (f/m/div)

Job Description
As a Senior Financial Controller, you will actively contribute to management decisions with your strong business mindset by insights from financial analyses.
In your new role you will:
- Oversee and monitor purchase orders and accrual bookings, managing the complexity and high volume of accruals while ensuring full accountability and accuracy
- Be the main point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding
- related inquiries, ensuring compliance and transparency - Manage the year-end invoice verification process, including supplier confirmations, to ensure the integrity of financial records
- Develop, review, and maintain cost centers forecast and data upload
- Support cost center controlling, ensuring accurate cost allocation and reporting
- Monitor actuals and financial performance regularly, providing strategic insights to ensure projections are accurate and aligned with the company's objectives
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and digitalization opportunities to boost efficiency and minimize operational risks

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor's or above degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar position. Preferably in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with internal and external auditors, especially regarding accruals and financial performance
- High attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data, providing actionable insights, along with the capacity to assess the broader financial impact
- Results-oriented mindset, proactive
- starter with strong organizational skills - Ability to build positive and constructive relationships to work in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders. Mature interlocutor at all organizational levels
- Fluency in English
