We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to reinforce the Finance Controlling Team. The mission is to provide
- level expertise in financial controlling, ensuring accurate and transparent financial insights for management to support strategic business decisions, mitigate risks, and maximize value.

This role is critical in guaranteeing the consistency, accuracy, and compliance of financial data across the GSO scope, always in alignment with group financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver
  - quality, timely financial information and accurate analyses to support management decisions.
• Control, challenge, and monitor expenses across all GSO activities.
• Coordinate and oversee the quality of monthly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure financial methodologies (controlling, accounting, taxation) are
  -
  - date and consistently applied.
• Produce reports and analyses (actuals, forecasts, variances) to address operational and strategic needs.
• Support project teams in rolling forecasts by providing key financial elements (e. G. , MD rate per country, FX, VAT, TP), ensuring alignment with internal governance.
• Provide consolidated financial views of Budget vs. Forecast vs. Engaged for project teams.
• Support the preparation of Engagement Committee materials and implement committee decisions.

Technical Expertise & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of financial experience with strong focus on accounting, budgeting, and controlling in international environments.
• Solid understanding of tax implications in international financial flows.
• Proficiency with financial and reporting tools (e. G. , Anaplan, Coupa, Excel ).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both written and verbal).
• Proactive in staying current with financial controlling, accounting, and budgeting methodologies.
• Strong ability to build networks and collaborate across teams in an international English-speaking environment.
