Responsibilities

• Produce the management control reporting to Head Office
• Participate in the management of the quarterly invoicing to internal clients. Ensure the coordination and control of their booking and payment with all stakeholders
• Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process
• Reporting, analysis, control and monitoring of headcount and expenses on a monthly basis (actual vs forecast/budget)
• Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management
• Produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients
• Continuous improvement of the
  - 's processes
• Contribute to the onboarding of the new joiners

Profile And Skills To Success

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
• At least 7 years of professional experience in Project Management and Consulting, Banking and Financial Operations or Financial Analysis and Control
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Financial and Performance Analysis
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, verbal and written
• Analytical ability
• Critical thinking
• Results driven and able to deliver
• Attention to detail and rigor
• Team player and ability to collaborate
