We’re on the hunt for a Senior Forge
Rock CIAM Engineer to drive identity and access management (IAM) modernisation for a cutting‑edge digital transformation project. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimise Forge
Rock‑based authentication, authorisation, and identity federation solutions, ensuring seamless, secure access across enterprise and customer‑facing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom modules and integrations within Forge
  Rock AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
• Implement authentication flows, MFA, SSO, and federated identity (SAML, OIDC).
• Configure login flows, session management, and adaptive risk policies.
• Integrate Forge
  Rock IDP with internal/external applications (REST APIs, LDAP, JWT).
• Monitor and optimise the central Forge
  Rock IDP instance for scalability and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in CIAM architecture projects, including cloud migration and Dev
  Ops integration.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and Dev
  Ops teams to enhance identity solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in IAM.

Must‑Have Requirements

4+ years of hands‑on experience as a CIAM/IAM Engineer, specifically with Forge
Rock (AM, IDM, DS, IG).

• OAuth2, Open
  ID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2. 0
• REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, JWT
• Strong development skills in Java (scripting in Forge
  Rock environments).
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev
  Ops tools (Jenkins, Git
  Lab, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of application security (OWASP, zero‑trust models, encryption).
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on scalability, security, and user experience.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills & Certifications

• Forge
  Rock Certified Specialist/Architect (highly valued).
• Experience with Ping Identity, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Cloud IAM deployments (AWS IAM, Azure AD, GCP).
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST standards.
