About The Agent XP Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team. You’ll be part of a team that is focused on crafting a seamless, modern, and efficient helpdesk experience for agents. The team owns all aspects of the everyday helpdesk interface and interactions, ensuring it remains intuitive, responsive, and up to date.
The Agent XP team is responsible for shaping the everyday helpdesk experience, owning everything from ticket creation and management to UI responsiveness and agent workflows. They’re currently leading a full redesign of the helpdesk interface—modernising the look and feel, overhauling the ticket thread experience, and recently shipping a revamped navigation bar. The team also handles key features like AI-powered ticket translation, notification center,
- time UI updates, and any
- wide updates that touch the frontend, including tooling improvements and dependency upgrades.
Known as one of the strongest frontend teams in the company, Agent XP plays a critical role in
- functional feature development, ensuring new capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the product. If you’re passionate about building polished,

What You'll Do
- Team up with Product and Design to build clean, responsive, and
- fast features that solve real customer problems. - Write clear, maintainable code, and follow best practices—while keeping things flexible and pragmatic.
- Work in an agile environment, collaborate on code reviews, and help us ship
- notch features quickly.
Who You Are
- You’ve got 5+ years of experience with Type
Script and React. - You know the ins and outs of the frontend stack—CDN, Cache, bundlers (vite, webpack/rspack), test runners (jest/vitest), CI/CD.
- You’ve worked in
- traffic environments — where scalability and performance are crucial. - You’re comfortable balancing frontend and backend needs and can give thoughtful input on API design.
- You follow best practices, but you're not afraid to make smart
- offs when necessary. You build scalable and reliable frontend applications: - You leverage React composition model to build reusable, well tested and flexible components.
- You're familiar with modern async state handling (react-query).
- Inversion of control and the testing pyramid are familiar concepts to you.
- You know how to build great UIs that look good and feel even better, using modern CSS and UX principles.
- Nice to have: You’re familiar with Web
Sockets. - Bonus Points If You Have:
- Pnpm for tooling
- You’re familiar with frontend UI/UX scaling topics like design systems
- You’re interested in frontend architecture and platform work
Our interview process consists of 4 main steps and typically takes around two weeks from the initial screening to the offer stage, with feedback provided every 48 hours.
