Position: Senior Front End React Developer

We are seeking a Senior Front End React Developer to join our engineering team. This role can be based remotely or
- site, on a permanent or contract basis, working on an AI-based platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Creating prototypes and
   - quality
   - ready React/Next
   JS single page applications.
2. Driving forward quality in code, unit testing, accessibility, performance, and code reviews.
3. Contributing to an Agile workstream of
   - end developers, participating in daily
   - ups, sprint planning, and estimates.
4. Communicating confidently with technical and
   - technical colleagues.
5. Building modular layouts, reusable code, and libraries for future use.
6. Representing
   - end in
   - facing capacities.
7. Collaborating with design and marketing teams to gather and refine specifications.
8. Involving in existing and new integrations for the platform.
9. Owning projects
   -
   - end from conception to delivery, including maintenance and scaling.
10. Staying current with evolving standards and technologies, learning new skills as needed.
11. Mentoring junior team members.

What We Want From You

1. Strong commercial experience with React development and understanding of core concepts.
2. Experience with serverless and
   - side development using Next
   JS.
3. Knowledge of state management technologies like Redux or Flux.
4. Proficiency in Type
   Script (or Flow), adhering to industry standards.
5. Mastery of semantic HTML5, CSS3 (SASS or LESS), and Java
   Script (ES6+).
6. Experience with unit testing,
   -
   - end testing, and regression testing (Jest, Cypress, React-testing-library).
7. Understanding of Agile methodologies, including story points, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
8. Experience mentoring junior team members.
9. Familiarity with component development using Storybook.
10. Knowledge of
    - end best practices, including performance, accessibility, SEO, security, and usability.
11. Experience with GIT and CI in a large development environment.
12. Excellent communication skills for interacting with team and stakeholders.
13. Proficiency in responsive design,
    - browser, and
    - device compatibility.
14. Experience working on SPA solutions, preferably in
    - commerce.
15. Knowledge of build tools like Grunt and webpack.
16. Willingness to contribute to both large and small projects.
17. Experience integrating with external
    - party systems.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

1. Experience with e
   Commerce platforms like Magento, Hybris, Shopify.
2. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, SFCC.
3. Knowledge of Node. js, Express, SQL, Lambda, AWS.
4. Experience with Java, Node. js, C#, PHP projects.
