What will be your role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend + AI Engineer with strong expertise in React and solid knowledge of Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies to help design and implement
- generation web applications for one of the most innovative clients in the banking sector.

You’ll be working closely with AI engineers, designers, and cloud architects to build intuitive, scalable, and intelligent interfaces powered by Gen AI. From integrating LLM-based APIs into
- friendly frontends to shaping new digital experiences, you’ll play a key role in bringing AI solutions directly to
- users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing modern frontends in React with strong focus on usability, performance, and scalability;
  
  
• Integrating LLM-powered backends and AI APIs into web applications (Open
  AI, Lang
  Chain, Semantic Kernel, etc. );
  
  
• Working with
  - functional teams (AI/ML, backend, cloud) to deliver
  -
  - end Gen AI applications;
  
  
• Contributing tothe design system and UI/UX standards for Gen AI applications;
  
  
• Supporting
  - based workflows and helping to translate business needs into AI-driven user experiences;
  
  
• Collaborating on CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and
  - native development (Azure);
  
  
• Staying up to date with frontend trends (React, Next. Js, Type
  Script) and AI integration practices.

What should you bring to the team

• 5+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development;
  
  
• Strong expertise in React, Type
  Script, HTML5, CSS3 (Next. Js is a plus);
  
  
• Experience integrating REST/Graph
  QL APIs and ideally AI/ML services;
  
  
• Understanding of LLMs, Gen AI frameworks (e. G. , Lang
  Chain, Open
  AI SDK) and their application in frontends;
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, Azure Open
  AI);
  
  
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD, testing frameworks, and containerization (Docker);
  
  
• Ability to translate design and business requirements into intuitive UIs;
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and curiosity to learn about AI;
  
  
• Availability towork hybrid in Lisbon (up to 3 days/week).
