Job Description:

This role is about:

In the Open Banking Team, you will be part of a team of experts dedicated to ensuring our Banking services run smoothly and solve
- life problems. The team will initiate our Open Banking journey, focusing on sustainable, scalable solutions. This role can be based in Frankfurt, Limassol, Amsterdam, Vilnius, London, or remotely anywhere in Europe.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using Next. js, React, and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate with designers to create responsive, visually appealing user interfaces.
• Work with backend developers to integrate frontend with APIs and databases.
• Contribute to launching new products that will open new verticals for the company.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with frontend development trends and share knowledge.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of security practices in frontend development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Docker.
• Ability to work independently and own test automation projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Hiring Process

Initial Interview: A 30-40 minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition team about your experience and goals.

Technical Assignment: A
- home test to demonstrate your skills, with up to 5 days to complete (estimated 90-180 minutes).

Technical Review & Live Coding: Evaluation of your assignment followed by a live coding session (60-90 minutes).

Final Behavioral Interview: A 45-60 minute discussion on team fit and collaboration with our Product Lead and CTO.
