- impact digital platforms used at scale. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help craft modern, AI-enabled,
- driven interfaces , with strong attention to performance, scalability, and user experience.

In this role, 1000 Farmers is partnering closely with a global product team , supporting the development of a sophisticated platform used by distributed teams worldwide. You’ll play a key role in shaping frontend architecture, leading technical decisions, and delivering

What You’ll Work On

AI-Powered User Experiences

Build AI-driven interfaces such as chat experiences, streaming responses, and intelligent UI components

Implement AI-assisted features (auto-summaries, smart suggestions, contextual insights)

Design intuitive UX patterns for AI-generated content and recommendations

Core Frontend Architecture

Own and evolve React applications using Type
Script and modern best practices

Define scalable component architecture and contribute to design systems

Establish robust state management and
- fetching patterns

Drive performance optimizations (lazy loading, code splitting, caching)

Data Visualization & Real-Time Features

Build rich, interactive dashboards using Recharts, Nivo, or D3

Implement
- time UI updates via Web
Sockets or SSE

Design interactive timelines, analytics views, and
- heavy interfaces

Platform & Saa

Contribute to

Implement

What We’re Looking For

Technical Experience

5+ years of frontend development with React & Type
Script

Strong state management experience (Tan
Stack Query, Zustand, Redux, or similar)

Proven experience building complex,
- heavy applications

Solid testing practices for frontend applications

Experience with AI/LLM-powered interfaces is a strong plus

Accessibility (a11y) best practices

Engineering Standards

Strict Type
Script with full type safety

Clean PR workflow and Conventional Commits

ESLint-compliant codebase

Strong test coverage for new features

Well-documented, maintainable code
