• Process Improvement: Actively participate in continuously improving and optimizing software development processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.

• Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
• Front-End Technology Expertise: Bring 5+ years of experience building robust applications with React and related
  - end tools.
• Software Development Expertise: Possesses
  - depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Showcase excellent
  - solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Version Control Proficiency: Possesses a strong grasp of Git and Git
