For over 35 years, we’ve been innovating to meet the changing needs of our clients. * At least 4 years of Information Technology experience* Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 / SCSS* Experience with one of the major JS libraries or frameworks (React/Nextjs, Vue/Nuxt)* Knowledge and experience with full software development lifecycle* Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies* Experience with Optimisations on an existing component library (APIs, component Library, …)* Hands-on mentality when needed on bug fixes, backlog, support tickets* A good sense for User Experience and Design as a whole* Ability to establish good communication flows between stakeholders, designers and developers in the team. * Knowledge about Overall Frontend Architecture Evaluation and Scalability* Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements* Ability to work in diverse teams* German and English professional proficiency* Strong proficiency in Java
