Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in Next. js and a passion for building both
- facing web platforms and
- critical backoffice tools. You’ll contribute to the development of Venga’s
- facing web app and internal systems (e. g. , compliance dashboards, KYC workflows, transaction monitoring tools) that power our operations. If you’re excited to work on diverse technical challenges and bridge the gap between Web3 innovation and financial compliance, join us in shaping the future of finance.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and optimize Next. js applications for our
- facing web platform, delivering fast, secure, and intuitive user experiences.

Develop and maintain Retool -based backoffice tools for compliance, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), transaction monitoring, KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows, and internal operational dashboards.

Collaborate with compliance, finance, and customer support teams to translate complex business logic into
- friendly internal tools.

Architect reusable components (Next. js and Retool) for consistency across customer and internal systems.

Own
-
- end development of Retool workflows, including
- based access controls, audit trails, and data visualization for
- stakes financial operations.

Champion performance and security across all projects, prioritizing regulatory requirements for backoffice systems.

Stay ahead of trends in fintech tooling, experimenting with Retool extensions, Web3 integrations, or automation for compliance processes.

Who You Are & What You'll Need

4+ years of frontend development experience, with 2+ years in Next. js and React in production environments.

Experience building internal tools using Retool, React Admin, or similar
- code platforms (bonus for compliance/fintech use cases).

Proficiency in Type
Script, REST/Graph
QL APIs, and modern CSS frameworks.

Strong understanding of
- heavy UIs: tables, charts, filters and workflow automation.

Familiarity with financial/compliance systems: AML, KYC, transaction monitoring, or fraud detection tools is a huge plus.

Collaborative mindset : Ability to work with
- technical teams (finance, compliance, legal) to solve operational challenges.

Bonus: Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries, or exposure to tools like Jumio, Chainalysis, or Elliptic.

Fluent in English and Russian with excellent communication skills for
- functional teamwork.

Nice to have

Blockchain and Web3 experience.

Fin
Tech experience.

Familiarity with compliance, AML and regulation.

ISO/IEC 27001 experience.
