Role Details
As a Senior Web Frontend Engineer, you’ll engage with technologies like Type
Script, React. js, Mob
X, Canvas, Tailwind
CSS, Turborepo, Vite, Playwright, and Web Performance.
Compensation: 80k€‑100k€* + Stock‑Options/BSPCE
Location: Remote across Europe with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed)
- We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop a scalable, high‑performing web application using React. js and Type
Script. - Effectively manage application state, ensuring responsive and efficient user interfaces with Mob
X. - Own work from A to Z: collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate frontend components with backend services, implement design specs, plan workload, communicate risks, and analyse product design complexity.
- Optimize web application performance, focusing on rendering speed and runtime efficiency.
- Continuously stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, integrating them into projects to drive innovation and excellence.
- Work within a small multicultural team of ~80 passionate, friendly & committed folks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in architecting and developing large‑scale web applications, such as Saa
S platforms that have scaled to millions of users and/or 10s of developers. - In‑depth knowledge of React. js and a strong understanding of component‑based architecture.
- Expertise with state management using Mob
X or strong knowledge of the observer pattern. - Excellent communication skills: you don’t hesitate to reach out to stakeholders to gather the right information and showcase your work.
- Autonomous, pragmatic & favour speed of iteration over perfection. You believe fast iteration is the best way to learn.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break complex technical challenges into smaller parts and deliver them.
