About The Role

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will develop intuitive,
- performance web applications that improve user experience. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to create seamless interfaces. Your expertise will guide our
- end architecture and ensure the delivery of scalable,
- quality solutions. Using modern
- end technologies, you will influence the future of our products.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement
  - friendly web applications with modern frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into engaging applications.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to your work.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance performance.
• Promote best practices in
  - end development.
• Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and microservices.
• Take ownership of software analysis, design, development, and delivery.
• Define requirements for new applications and customizations per Mastercard standards.
• Develop, customize, and test applications aligned with Mastercard’s specifications.
• Provide technical training to team members.
• Participate actively in design sessions and sprint planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant frontend experience.
• Proficiency in Java
  Script and frameworks like React.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Mob
  X.
• Proven ability to build responsive web applications across devices and browsers.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Excellent
  - solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Active participation in design and planning sessions.
• Results-oriented, capable of meeting deadlines in an agile environment.
