As a Senior Full Stack Developer in the Partnerships team, you will focus on crafting systems and automations to support business scaling. Combining backend and frontend expertise, you will design, build, and refine features that streamline modern checkout, payment processes, and reconciliation systems.

Responsibilities:

Work with product managers to translate requirements into functional applications and systems
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
Design and implement solutions to complex problems, owning features from discussion to delivery
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack efficiently
Implement automated testing and deployment to ensure quality and rapid iteration
Contribute to improving development processes and tools
Stay updated with industry trends and apply new knowledge for innovation
Participate in team responsibilities, including production

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional software development, preferably in Fintech
Proficiency in Node. js, Type
Script, RESTful APIs, preferably with Nest. js
Extensive experience with React, HTML5, and CSS
Knowledge of test automation tools, preferably Jest/Playwright
Experience with Agile, CI/CD workflows, dockerized solutions on cloud (preferably AWS)
Strong English communication skills
Team player with ability to work independently
Willingness to work 3 days/week from Lisbon office; initially remote
