Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Lisbon or Porto

Main Tasks:

• Design and develop scalable
  - stack applications in alignment with established technology roadmaps and best practices.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and system architecture discussions, contributing to both functional and technical excellence.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance
  - end interfaces and
  - end services, ensuring high performance, usability, and security.
• Collaborate with
  - functional and globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive system integration, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct thorough integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee application reliability and quality.
• Implement SDLC best practices, emphasizing automation, CI/CD pipelines, and
  - touch deployments.
• Promote code quality through peer mentoring, code reviews, and adherence to development standards.
• Proactively propose and drive technical improvements, adopting new frameworks, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency.
• Partner with central teams, architecture groups, and engineering leads to ensure secure coding and robust SDLC processes.
• Collaborate effectively with Production Support (APS) and other IT teams to ensure smooth delivery and maintenance operations.

Profile:

• Extensive experience in
  - stack development using modern frameworks and tools, with a strong
  -
  - back delivery mindset.
• Proficiency in Java
  Script/Type
  Script, Python, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with
  - end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue. Js.
• Experience with
  - end technologies like Node. Js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Solid knowledge of database systems, including both SQL and No
  SQL.
• Experience working in distributed Agile teams, with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of secure coding principles, functional design systems, and architectural patterns.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience building microservices and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Dev
  Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with architectural
  - making frameworks and
  - functional requirements such as security, fault tolerance, and high availability.
