We are looking for a seasoned Senior Fullstack Developer who thrives at the intersection of robust backend logic and accessible frontend experiences.

The Role

As a Senior Developer at Near Partner, you won’t just write code; you will mentor others, advocate for best practices, and ensure our applications are performant, scalable, and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fullstack features from database schema to UI components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and
  - documented code.
• Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Advocate for and implement accessibility standards across the frontend.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into technical specs.

Technical Skills

• Frontend Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in React, Java
  Script (ES6+), and Type
  Script.  You should be comfortable managing complex state using Zustand.
• Backend Excellence : Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred) and Node. js to build and maintain scalable APIs.
• Relational Databases : Expert knowledge of Postgre
  SQL and My
  SQL. You should be proficient in schema design, complex joins, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Quality Assurance : A -"test-first-" mindset with
  - on experience in Jest (unit testing), Cypress (E2E testing), and UI component documentation via Storybook.
• Accessibility (a11y) : Deep understanding of WCAG guidelines. You believe that -"it isn’t done until it’s accessible, -" ensuring our tools work for everyone.
• Legacy Context : (Nice to Have) Experience with or knowledge of YUI (Yahoo User Interface). We value developers who can navigate and modernize legacy systems with grace.
