- first team at Modus Create as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, provide strategic consulting, and lead end‑to‑end product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of complex web‑based applications and enterprise systems using Ruby on Rails, Angular and Node
  JS.
• Apply strong Agile/Scrum practices across the software lifecycle.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deliver complex, enterprise‑scale software solutions with a focus on observability, metrics and alerting.
• Use design patterns, software development principles and best practices to solve problems.
• Guide teams in building scalable, high‑availability systems and products.
• Practice clear and collaborative communication with teammates and clients.
• Adapt to fast‑paced environments and ambiguous requirements.
• Prefer experience in financial services or lending domain.
• Mentor junior engineers and encourage continuous learning.
