We are seeking a Full Stack Web Engineer with strong UI/UX design sense and a proven track record in the financial services industry. Experience in crypto or digital assets is highly valued.
Job Description
- Deliver
-
- end product features – from backend APIs and data models to engaging, responsive UI components. - Review and validate scalable software architectures with a focus on maintainability, reliability, and secure integrations.
- Champion engineering practices: code reviews, automated testing, documentation, CI/CD workflows.
- Optimize performance across the stack through debugging, profiling, and system tuning.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into performant solutions.
- Maintain operational hygiene: clear documentation, smooth migrations, predictable deployments.
- Explore and share emerging technologies, especially Rust, Web
Assembly, and modern API frameworks.
Background and Experience
- Proven experience building full stack web applications with deep
- end and
- end expertise. - Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React or similar) and component libraries such as Shadcn.
- Experience developing robust backend services, ideally in Rust or other typed backend languages.
- Solid understanding of HTTP, RESTful API design, and web performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or No
SQL databases, schema design, and query optimization. - Familiarity with Git-based workflows, continuous integration, and automated testing.
- Strong debugging,
- solving and analytical skills. - Product-oriented mindset balancing quality, speed, and user impact.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive attitude toward system improvement.
- Ability to focus on delivering value, validating early, and progressively refining solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to
- intensive,
- driven, or fintech/crypto applications and curiosity for Rust or distributed systems. - Awareness of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization models (OAuth2, Open
ID Connect). - Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3. js, Recharts, or similar).
- Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Faro, Datadog) and instrumenting metrics, logs, traces.
- Designing applications with
- observability (health endpoints, tracing IDs, telemetry propagation). - Experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, Helm deployments.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Git
Lab CI) and

- code workflows. - Experience working in
- native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) with
- first design. - Comfort working with financial datasets, trade logs, analytics dashboards.
- Handling sensitive or regulated data, ideally in finance or crypto contexts.
